Estimated turn around times are from the date the submission is registered into  PSA. Not from the date of package received.
Customer is responsible for all surcharges PSA levied if they determine your card exceeds the value limit.
Insurance is $2.80 CAD per $100 USD declared.
Payment is due upon submission.

Submission Status

Packaged has been handed over to PSA.

During the receiving process, all cards are accounted for and placed, along with the submission form, into an individual box for processing based on their service level. Service level will determine the speed at which your order is processed. Orders at an Express service level and higher take priority over Regular service, Economy, Quarterly Specials and Value Pricing orders. This priority treatment effects turnaround time only and has no impact on the evaluation of the card and the grade received.

Order is being entered into PSA system.

Cards are being verified against the database to ensure order entry is correct. If card is not yet in the database, card is being researched.

Cards are scheduled for grading.

Labels are applied to the case and cards are being encapsulated.

Cards are be shipped back from PSA

Your order is now ready for pick up at Bento Gaming.

How to Submit

We are currently only accepting in-store drop off. Please visit us at New Horizon Mall on Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments can be setup for large submissions (50+ cards).

Mail-in orders will be available at a later time.

    • All cards submitted must be in soft sleeves (penny sleeves) and in semi-rigid holders. Failure to do so will result in $0.75 per semi-rigid holder provided. Top loaders will be accepted until semi-rigid holders are restocked.

    • Please research the value of your cards for your declaration to PSA and for insurance purposes. Please write down the value you wish to declare on a sticky note or on a list to provide to us when you drop off your cards.

    • If your cards are in languages outside of English, please put a sticky note with the card name on the semi-rigid/toploader.

    • Drop your cards off at our store at the New Horizon Mall. We are open on Saturday and Sundays at 11AM.
